Menagerie Culinary Scientific Nutrition was conceptualized in 2024 and founded in 2025, combining the disparate professional areas of Culinary Arts, Food Science, and Human Nutrition under one more unique umbrella; or in this case zoo.
The founder and owner, Joseph Kasnadi, comes from a family history of hypertension, diabetes, and stroke. MCSN was founded initially to help address the health concerns of family and friends, and then further share that expertise with a wider audience.
